PRIVACY POLICY, USE AND TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP (I) PRIVACY POLICY Because your privacy is important to us, theGHP.com operates by these principles: (1) We explicitly ask you when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). (10) theGHP.com may disclose general information about its members (consolidated by geographic location, job title etc) but not individual personal information to third parties without the members' permission. (11) theGHP.com uses cookies or other similar software to collect data about users to track their movements around its website and in order to assist those users to automatically and effortlessly login on subsequent visits to its site. (12) theGHP.com may disclose your personal information to third parties with whom it seeks to develop or create partnerships. (13) You may leave theGHP.com at any time and upon leaving you may demand that ALL the personal information relating to you, be deleted. (3)Membership of theGHP.com may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by the Member upon notification by electronic or conventional mail. theGHP.com will not disclose any membership contact details or content to any member who has terminated their membership. When a member requests termination of membership, all personal data and records will be permanently removed. (4) Members are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to theGHP.com. Access to and use of theGHP.com is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each Member must keep their username and password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, theGHP.com will not release passwords or website content for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorised access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of applicable law. In case the member forgets the password, it will be sent to the email address that is provided at the time of registrations. Email address and the login ID can not be changed. (5) You agree to register details about yourself that are true and that you will never impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a theGHP.com official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. (6) You expressly understand and agree that theGHP.com shall not be liable to you for any direct or indirect use of theGHP.com website or services, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause or action. In the event of a member, profiting directly through the use of the information provided within the member's homepage or from sending information about (Multi Level Marketing) products, services to the membership the individual's membership to theGHP.com will be terminated immediately. (12) theGHP.com is NOT a "free to advertise database" - the sending of unsolicited emails (SPAM) advertising products and services to members either using theGHP.com messaging tools or forums or directly to members e-mail addresses is NOT PERMITTED.
